Overlooking a small river in downtown Ann Arbor, this 1950's ranch home was not large enough for its growing family. After determining an addition was out of the client's budget, P J Construction looked for alternatives to meet their needs on this beautiful parcel of property. A thorough investigation determined the lower level walkout space was not being utilized to its full potential. Development of this lower level walk out created the additional living space needed, while allowing for a complete renovation of this home, inside and out. Through investigation and willingness to find alternative solutions P J Construction was able to provide a unique custom home within budget.
