As with so many homes along the lakes, they are in need of modernization and updating from a cottage to a year round house. This project was no exception. With a small one car garage and small chopped up interior spaces it sufficed as a cottage. When the owners decided to make the cottage their permanent residence we undertook a major renovation to make the house more livable as well as increasing the much needed storage.
